Applications of Virtual staging is used in real estate to market a listing, attract more interested buyers, and increase the perceived value of a home. It can also be used to change interior wall, trim and/or cabinet color, change flooring, change ceilings, change exterior wall, trim and/or door color, change landscaping, apply a day to dusk effect on a photo of a property’s exterior, and enhance a photo’s lighting and/or orientation.
